Your journey begins with a convenient pick-up from your hotel or the port of Nafplio. From there, you will travel through the scenic Peloponnesian countryside toward your first destination.
At Mycenae, you will step into the world of one of Greece’s most important civilizations. You will explore the acropolis with its Cyclopean walls, pass through the monumental Lion Gate, and learn about the myths and legends connected to this powerful kingdom. The visit also includes the famous Treasury of Atreus and the Tomb of Clytemnestra, both impressive examples of Mycenaean architecture.
Your next stop is Epidaurus, one of Greece’s most significant archaeological sites. Here, you will explore the Sanctuary of Asclepius, dedicated to the ancient god of medicine. The highlight of your visit is the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, the best-preserved of all ancient theaters, renowned for its exceptional design and acoustics.
Following your exploration of Epidaurus, you will enjoy a relaxing drive back through the Peloponnesian landscape. The tour concludes in Nafplio, leaving you with lasting memories of Argolis and its timeless treasures.

This half-day excursion is designed to show you the most beautiful aspects of Argolis in the region of Peloponnese. We visit two of the UNESCO world heritage sites, the famous Mycenae and the Ancient theatre of Epidaurus and we enjoy at the same time the wonderful and picturesque natural scenery of the region.
We pick you up from our meeting point, and then we begin our excursion to these majestic historical monuments. Firstly, we stop at the famous Mycenae, the home of the Mycenaean civilization. There, we visit the impressive Cyclopean walls surrounding the triangular acropolis and after that, we move on to the Lion Gate, a symbol of the power of the Mycenaean rulers. and the renowned vaulted tombs of Atreus and Clytemnestra.
Afterwards, we stop at Epidaurus, one of Greece’s most famous archaeological sites worldwide, known as the birthplace of medicine. We explore the Ancient Theater, the most beautiful and best-preserved of all ancient theaters, and we marvel at its perfect acoustics.
Finally we return to Nafplio full of memories and knowledge.
